Wanted Better Sound : Pioneer TS-X150 Surface Mount 3-Way Speakers
First let me say, I know there is an upgrade to these speakers and if you can, purchase those. The speakers are good looking but I wanted more in sound. There is little bass from the cone woofer and the speaker provides a lot of high tones- unbalanced. The high tones provided have a tin sound. You get what you pay for and even though I feel the way I do, they proved a decent balance to my other speakers.
To be fair, I have 6 speakers in a truck cab and these point right at my head, mounted in the back. That could account for some of my sound experiences.
